Refundable until August 24
The deposit is fully refundable until August 24. After the production date, the deposit becomes non-refundable because materials, production time, and finishing have been committed to the batch.
Full refund
If Chez Specter cannot produce the ordered pegboard, the customer receives a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled production date.
Confirm before purchase
Photography editions are produced as collector pieces. Return eligibility should be confirmed before purchase and clearly stated at checkout.
